Construction Project Manager
LOCATION: Dallas, Texas
TYPE: PERMANENT
SALARY: $120,000-$150,000 + additional package PER YEAR

Blayze Recruitment have partnered with a very well known client in the industry who provide preconstruction and construction services for commercial construction projects within Texas including retail, office, mission critical, industrial, warehouse and distribution, hospitality, healthcare, banking and interiors. This role is based in their Dallas headquarters, the individual must have worked on ground up commercial projects (ideally restaurants).
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee completion of project
- Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans
- Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in project management or relevant fields
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project on time
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with a team
